The MWSA doesn’t have any one person who decides the direction we take. Our “Mission” and “Goal” are the thoughts and dreams of our advisors sharing one common vision. The advisors for the MWSA consist of our camp staff listed below along with Steve Bucklry, Bill Daves, Mike Gauvain, Carl Hutter, Scott Jones, Bill McDermott, Kevin Missey, Fran Rich, Jerry Beckerle and Marty Todt who is our on-site director.

THE STAFF

The MWSA coaching policies emphasize the important technical, tactical, physical and psychological qualities demanded by “THE GAME”, the game of soccer. Our staff consists of highly qualified coaches many with professional playing experience along with collegiate, ODP and high school coaching experience. In addition we have some of the current, local players who will help as junior coaches.
