Summer camp is open to all kids ages 6 through 12 years old. The age policy is strictly enforced. Camp will run from June 6th through August 19th. Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. There will be no camp on July 4th, We do not do partial weeks. You can sign up for one week or the entire summer. We do have extended care available. We offer extended care in the morning from 7:30 until 8:30 at an additional cost of $10.00 per week. We offer afternoon extended care from 5:00pm until 6:00pm every day except Fridays. On Fridays camp ends promptly at 5:00pm. The cost of afternoon extended care is also $10.00 per week. Please note* if your child has not  been picked up on time there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per minute.  If your child is dropped off before 8:15am or picked up after 5:00pm you will be charged the extended care fee.
Payment
Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Because camp is a fee-for-service program based on confirmed enrollments and secured fees, a $25.00 per week, non-refundable/non-transeferable deposit is required for each camper. Your reservation will be held by your deposit until 10 working days before the start of each week chosen.  Payment for the week is due in full 10 working days prior to the start of camp (no exceptions), or you will be dropped from the roster and forfeit your deposit. if re-instated there will be a $5.00 processing fee.
Refunds and Transfers
Refunds and transfers must be made 10 working days prior to the camp session for which the refund/transfer is being requested. Transfers are considered new registrations and are processed in the order received.
Camp Cost
The cost of camp is $125.00 per week. This cost includes $10.00 to cover the cost of field trips. Please note if your child decides not to go on the field trip we will not be able to refund the $10.00 or transfer to another week.  Field trips are paid in advance for the number of kids signed up for camp that week.
Discounts
Siblings: $10.00 per week. (All family applications must be turned in together)
And now some fun things about the camp....
Two healthy snacks are provided each day. Drinks are provided for lunch each day. We have a Bar-B-Que day on Thursday, the kids are given their choice of hot dog or hamburger.
Each Friday we take a field trip. In the past we have been to such places as, City Museum, Busch Stadium, The Zoo, AquaPort to name a few. You will be given a form at the beginning of each week stating where we are going, if the kids need to bring lunch or not and the transportation. these forms need to be returned by Thursday at the latest.
We offer lots of things for the kids to do, crafts, games, talent show, walks to the park, this year we have a new water fountain for the kids to play in. All of our staff has had back ground checks and have attended the "Protecting God's Children" program. We do fill in with College students...Lots to do and have fun, just a place for kids to be kids!
